The Michigan State Police (MSP) is a full-service policing agency with statewide jurisdiction, providing over 60 different services either directly to Michigan residents or in support of other law enforcement agencies. Duties include but are not limited to the following: responding to employee questions and emails from the field and potential candidates, drafting postings for analyst review, posting vacant jobs to the MSP intranet page, assisting in the review of timesheets, reviewing requisitions for accuracy and completion, keeping informed of office details and advising management of problems, providing assistance to section members with other duties as assigned. This position will function as a general assistant to the Classification, Selection, and Compensation Section.
